Job Summary

Support and evolve WPP’s Maconomy finance ERP application suite as part of a global ERP transformation. Manage the BAU environment, triage and resolve application issues with business users, suppliers, and helpdesks, and ensure changes are fully tested (SIT/UAT) for secure releases and migrations from legacy to web client. Evaluate new product features, deliver small enhancements, and maintain documentation for change management, training, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the BAU environment for Maconomy and related tools, triaging and resolving application issues with business users, supplier teams, and third-party helpdesks.
•Support releases and enhancements by keeping stakeholders informed on progress and ensuring changes are fully tested with business users.
•Deliver small projects alongside the Finance Application Product Manager, including functionality changes and rollouts to new geographies.
•Carry out system testing (SIT and UAT documentation), follow up with users for testing completion and sign-off, and test internally developed changes.
•Perform system administration/configuration activities (e.g., security groups), monitor performance, escalate issues, and maintain documentation for rollouts and audit requests.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of accounting and finance, and strong finance back-office process knowledge supported by applications.
•Strong technical awareness of tool-based/SaaS packages and application integrations, with ability to work with IT teams and business users.
•Strong ability to use tools for documentation, ticketing, and training.
•Strong communication skills to present new functionality and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
•Willingness to learn and grow while managing BAU support and testing activities.
