  • •Oversee the complete construction lifecycle for a GW solar asset, maintaining work-front control from civil release through electrical completion.
  • •Plan PMC inspection coverage aligned to EPC look-ahead plans and accessible work fronts.
  • •Synchronize multi-front civil and solar execution, including piling/foundations, MMS/tracker, modules, and DC/AC works.
  • •Monitor construction sequencing across interfaces and Balance of Plant, including SCADA/control systems and high-voltage grid synchronization.
  • •Coordinate field observations across Civil, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE, QS, and Commissioning teams to support cluster action closure, punch readiness, and handover confirmation inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •PMP or equivalent execution certification is highly preferred.
  • •10–15 years of heavy infrastructure construction experience.
  • •5+ years managing mega-scale solar projects (300MW to GW+ scale).
  • •Direct experience with mega-scale solar park designs in India is highly advantageous.
