Job Summary

Oversee the end-to-end construction lifecycle of a landmark GW solar asset, coordinating PMC inspection coverage and disciplined work-front execution across civil and electrical scopes. Synchronize large multi-front works, monitor sequencing from piling/foundations through solar module installation, DC/AC works, SCADA/control systems, and high-voltage grid synchronization. Coordinate field observations across Civil, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE, QS, and Commissioning to drive cluster completion, punch readiness, and handover.

•Oversee the complete construction lifecycle for a GW solar asset, maintaining work-front control from civil release through electrical completion.
•Plan PMC inspection coverage aligned to EPC look-ahead plans and accessible work fronts.
•Synchronize multi-front civil and solar execution, including piling/foundations, MMS/tracker, modules, and DC/AC works.
•Monitor construction sequencing across interfaces and Balance of Plant, including SCADA/control systems and high-voltage grid synchronization.
•Coordinate field observations across Civil, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE, QS, and Commissioning teams to support cluster action closure, punch readiness, and handover confirmation inputs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
•PMP or equivalent execution certification is highly preferred.
•10–15 years of heavy infrastructure construction experience.
•5+ years managing mega-scale solar projects (300MW to GW+ scale).
•Direct experience with mega-scale solar park designs in India is highly advantageous.
