Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand client business challenges and shape talent and reward solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • •Analyze market trends, compensation data, and workforce insights to develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • •Lead project workstreams independently and produce high-quality client-ready deliverables with limited oversight.
  • •Build and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • •Facilitate meetings and presentations, contribute to proposal/thought leadership and business development, and coach junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in reward consulting, management consulting, HR consulting, or in-house HR/Rewards/People Analytics.
  • •Experience designing and implementing reward, compensation, job architecture, pay transparency, workforce strategy, or related talent initiatives.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving ability with complex datasets.
  • •Understanding and usage of AI models and LLMs (advantage).
  • •Experience producing client-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
