Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and development of compensation structures (base salary ranges, target bonuses, and long-term incentive guidelines).
  • •Own and enhance global job architecture, including job families, career levels, job profiles, and compensation frameworks.
  • •Develop and maintain equity guidelines; model share usage, dilution, and stock-based compensation impact across equity programs.
  • •Partner with Finance on monthly stock-based compensation forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term planning.
  • •Support executive compensation operations and disclosures, including Compensation Committee materials and SEC-required proxy disclosures.

Salary: USD 115,200 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, human resources, business, or a related field (advanced degree or certification a plus).
  • •At least 6 years of broad-based compensation experience, including 3+ years building job architecture, compensation structures, and market benchmarking frameworks.
  • •Experience owning or significantly contributing to global job architecture programs (job families, career levels, salary structures, and incentives).
  • •Experience developing compensation programs for a multinational organization, including familiarity with country-specific compensation practices.
  • •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including building complex compensation, equity, and financial models.
