Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled maintenance/PPM on elevators, escalators, and other vertical transport systems to keep them in optimal condition.
  • •Conduct inspections to identify faults, wear, and tear, and provide improvement recommendations.
  • •Perform trouble-shooting, repairs, replacements, and modifications to restore equipment performance.
  • •Manage third-party inspections and assist with rectification suggestions; ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
  • •Respond to client queries, maintain detailed service records, and support on-call duty as required.
