•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise and assist with backroom and sales floor activities using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift while continuously moving around the store.
