Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the strategic objectives of the Informatica Community Practice (CoP) to support local technical sales and account teams.
  • •Accelerate complex sales pursuits by creating reusable enterprise assets, coaching field resources, and advising enterprise customers.
  • •Maintain deep GTM messaging and regional enablement strategies to increase CoP impact on business growth.
  • •Build alliances across regional Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • •Oversee development of digital enablement pages (including Seismic) and interactive community initiatives to expand participation.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of director-level or senior strategic experience in enterprise software, managing multiple complex workstreams in a consultative sales context.
  • •Hands-on data governance experience, including data quality, profiling, classifications, catalog, and data privacy/protection.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and data architectures to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Proven stakeholder engagement experience, including interviews and building trusted relationships with customers, prospects, industry analysts, and R&D.
  • •Strong project management experience leading initiatives across geographically dispersed, multicultural teams.
