Job Summary

Provide proactive support and beauty advice on the sales floor, using product expertise to sell and build customer relationships across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance. Deliver short services including beauty classes and help run the Beauty Hub, while sharing knowledge with the team. Maintain merchandising standards, keep the sales floor stocked and clean, manage inventories and cash register operations, and hit KPIs such as conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

•Actively support and advise customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance, staying on top of beauty trends.
•Sell using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships; pass on product, trend, and beauty news.
•Deliver and support services including beauty classes and responsibility for the Beauty Hub.
•Ensure visual merchandising standards, assortment and merchandise maintenance, and keep the sales floor fully stocked, cleaned, and ready for sale.
•Carry out operational duties including warehousing/stocking, merchandising updates, inventory, and operating the cash register.
