Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess psychological health and develop, modify, and document treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • •Deliver comprehensive clinical screening, assessment, diagnosis, resource referral, crisis intervention, and risk/safety assessments.
  • •Provide behavioral health case management, outreach, behavioral health profile initiation and tracking, and behavioral health psychoeducation.
  • •Conduct thorough intake evaluations and, when needed, consult with military leadership during intake and treatment planning.
  • •Maintain detailed client records in an electronic health record and make fitness for duty decisions in consultation with licensed providers.

Salary: USD 49,719 - 139,377

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a Master’s degree in social work.
  • •Active Texas LCSW certification.
  • •Experience and direct contact with patients.
  • •Strong knowledge of human behavioral theory and its application to practice, including evidence-based screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, CSSRS, DAST-10, AUDIT-C).
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
