Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for public sector engagements. Coordinate service provider and partner activities, manage administrative and operational execution, and plan activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive cross-functional teams, define delivery workflows and resource allocation, monitor progress against KPIs, and report risks and mitigations while serving as the main stakeholder contact.

•Coordinate service provider activities, including partners or subcontractors, to meet contractual objectives.
•Manage end-to-end service delivery across administrative, operational, logistical, and communication perspectives.
•Plan, organize, and control project activities to align timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and define workflows, procedures, and delivery processes.
•Monitor execution progress, ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs, and prepare regular reports on deliverables, risks, and mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Minimum 6 years of experience delivering public sector projects.
•Proven experience as Project Manager or Project Coordinator on at least four completed projects/contracts involving cloud migration services.
•Valid nationally or internationally recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
•Experience managing IT projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with documented proof of prior roles and involvement.
