Provide proactive guest safety for live events by monitoring the venue, removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and assisting with emergency evacuation procedures. Inspect every guest using metal detection or pat-down searches, enforce venue rules on prohibited items and recording devices, and safeguard against theft and property damage. Communicate continuously using radios and visual signals, set up the area before opening, and keep interior/exterior spaces clear and clean throughout the shift.
