Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as on-site primary contact for equipment and facility issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to vendors
  • •Support facility buildout, equipment installation, and commissioning activities in partnership with vendors and internal teams
  • •Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs and SOPs for new and existing equipment
  • •Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
  • •Coordinate and manage external vendors for specialized maintenance, repairs, and service activities

Salary: USD 37 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or equipment support within a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of site equipment and facility operations
  • •Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning, or startup activities
  • •Proven experience building, improving, or executing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and SOPs
  • •Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
