Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to develop PCB designs meeting functional, mechanical, thermal, safety, and manufacturability requirements.
  • •Create PCB layouts (component placement, routing, stack-up, and design rule implementation) using Altium Designer.
  • •Generate and maintain PCB documentation packages for production, including fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and assembly data.
  • •Review PCB designs for compliance with electrical, safety, EMI/EMC, and IPC standards; support design changes from engineering change requests.
  • •Maintain and validate PCB design assets (symbols, footprints, 3D models, component libraries) and coordinate with fabrication/assembly vendors to resolve design and manufacturing issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's Degree in Electronic Design, Electronics Technology, Drafting, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of PCB design experience (internships and co-op may count).
  • •Experience using Altium Designer.
