Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations, including directing AI agents to accelerate solution design and implementation planning.
  • •Write and maintain readable, testable, reliable code, configurations, workflows, and integrations; validate AI outputs for correctness, security, edge cases, and maintainability.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3+ production issues across supported platforms, using AI agents to correlate logs and generate incident timelines and knowledge transfer.
  • •Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product partners, and engineers to translate needs into technical solutions and refine design notes and options using AI agents.
  • •Share reusable engineering patterns, prompt templates, and workflow improvements; mentor teammates on prompt engineering, responsible AI review, and agentic SDLC practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of software/platform engineering experience with hands-on ServiceNow and Atlassian knowledge (Jira, Confluence), including configuring, integrating, upgrading, and troubleshooting across environments.
  • •Practical experience using AI agents in engineering workflows (prompt engineering and context management) including generating and validating code, tests, debugging, and incident analysis.
  • •Strong secure, production-grade development skills including JavaScript and/or GlideScript and/or Python, secure coding practices, least-privilege principles, and REST/SOAP API design.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex L3+ production issues, using AI agents to correlate logs and create incident timelines and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • •Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, product partners, and engineers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions and refine decision materials.
