Job Summary

Partner with Business Banking Relationship Managers to acquire new clients and expand share of wallet for SBA-focused business portfolios. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing financial information, identifying cross-marketing opportunities, and positioning clients for deeper cross-sales. Prospect through centers of influence and community engagement, complete compliance-ready loan documentation, support underwriting with the credit campus, and help meet individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of SBA products and basic knowledge of broader business banking products, services, and competitors.
•Prospect and drive district referral pipeline through established internal/external centers of influence; participate in community organizations.
•Make joint calls with BBRMs and SBRMs to enhance SBA product knowledge.
•Meet or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team sales success.
•Partner with the credit campus to facilitate underwriting and ensure compliance-ready loan documentation, including resolving exceptions.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services developing new and current customer relationships and achieving sales goals (preferred).
•Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (preferred).
•Ability to understand how businesses operate, including financial drivers, market dynamics, and strategic priorities, to position banking solutions.
•Strong understanding of banking regulations, products, and services relevant to small business clients, including SBA lending and credit underwriting.
