Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and sustain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • •Ensure site operations (supply, maintenance, and transportation) comply with U.S. Army regulations, technical manuals, and contractual requirements.
  • •Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits; lead root-cause analyses and track corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Maintain certification readiness and coordinate with external auditors during surveillance and recertification audits.
  • •Establish controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions, training records) and provide ISO 9001:2015 awareness and quality training to site personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of quality assurance experience in logistics, supply, transportation, or maintenance operations.
  • •Experience working with U.S. Army contracts or military logistics support is highly preferred.
  • •ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (preferred), and/or ASQ certifications (CQA, CMQ/OE, or CQI) are a plus.
  • •In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements and familiarity with U.S. Army supply, maintenance, and transportation standards.
