Key Responsibilities

  • •Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to a published standard, including sensor surface cleaning with training provided.
  • •Manage charging operations by moving vehicles between charging stalls, plugging/unplugging per the daily queue, and escalating charging faults.
  • •Prepare sanitization kits and disinfect interiors between trips; respond to biohazard incidents per OSHA blood-borne pathogen protocol.
  • •Track vehicle status in fleet software and communicate readiness in Google Chat so vehicles move only when marked ready.
  • •Park vehicles in assigned staging zones and confirm handoff to the deployment team.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in high-volume vehicle cleaning, such as rental car, dealership recon, or professional detailing.
  • •Comfort with basic digital tools (phone/tablet apps, chat-based communication, simple status logging).
  • •Strong attention to detail for both cosmetics and autonomous-specific needs (e.g., smudged sensors, properly seated cables, battery state).
  • •Ability to follow documented SOPs and escalate items outside procedures rather than improvising.
  • •Physical ability to work the full shift (standing/moving), lift up to 20 lbs, and work outdoors in Miami weather.
