Develop and enhance applications within the Trane Design Assist web platform, partnering with business Product Owners and program sponsors to translate business processes into software requirements and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. Lead application maintenance, security/accessibility work, vendor evaluation, and projects across the software development lifecycle. Provide subject-matter expertise, 2nd-level support, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues while mentoring new developers.

•Manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to specification.
•Monitor and respond to technical hardware/software problems using testing tools and provide 2nd-level support to help desk personnel.
