Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform safe maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Order parts and determine root cause and corrective action for equipment problems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and support other assigned duties.
