Job Summary

Build and deploy machine learning systems that power Dow’s data and analytics solutions. You’ll design inference pipelines for online, batch, and real-time use cases, deploy and monitor models in production with Databricks, and collaborate across data engineering, data science, DevOps, and software teams to operationalize MLOps best practices. Work across the full ML lifecycle—feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and communication of results using Databricks notebooks and dashboards—on an Azure Databricks platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement ML pipeline and workflow infrastructure for online, batch, and real-time inference solutions.
•Deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in production using Databricks Model Registry, Jobs, and Workspace.
•Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps/platform engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver reliable, performant, and maintainable MLOps solutions.
•Perform end-to-end ML lifecycle tasks including data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter optimization, and evaluation using Databricks tools.
•Document and communicate ML results and insights to stakeholders using Databricks notebooks and dashboards, while applying IT security policies and MLOps best practices.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years relevant experience, or relevant military experience (E6 / Petty Officer 2nd Class+) is required.
•At least 3 years of experience developing solutions in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
•Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
•Proficient in Python and one or more machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
•Experience developing and deploying machine learning models and pipelines on the Databricks platform using tools such as MLflow, Delta Lake, and Databricks Model Registry/JOBs/Workspace.
