Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage trim development timelines aligned with the go-to-market calendar and ensure milestones are met.
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and finished goods vendors to deliver trims reliably for development and production.
  • •Serve as a key contact for development teams across brand and product supply regarding trim requirements and updates.
  • •Partner with VF Materials Labs, Sourcing, and Quality to support trim quality standards and resolve development/production issues.
  • •Support cost engineering, sustainability initiatives, compliance coordination, supplier performance monitoring, and maintain documentation of activities and testing results.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills to collaborate across a matrixed organization.
  • •Ability to work both as a team player and independently.
  • •Strong understanding of apparel & footwear materials, trims commodities, and production processes.
  • •Ability to solve problems with a bold/creative approach.
  • •Basic Chinese language skills (advantage).
