Responsible for delivering training activities in compliance with authority approvals and standards, ensuring safety and training quality. Leads courseware preparation, SOP adherence, progress monitoring, and collaboration with boards to address trainee progress and disciplinary issues, within a potentially remote-working environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct training duties in accordance with the FSI job description.
•Follow the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend revisions where appropriate.
•Assist with the preparation of courseware and training materials to comply with regulatory requirements.
•Monitor the progress of clients/students and develop action plans to assist those not progressing to required standards.
•Promote and support improvements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials used by the ATO.

Key Requirements

•Hold / have held the type rating for the relevant aircraft type
•Minimum of 2000 hours pilot-in-command (PIC) on a multi-crew jet transport or 1000 hours PIC on the relevant aircraft type
•Hold / have held an ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with minimum ICAO English level 5
•Hold / have held a Flight Instructor Rating, or equivalent rating or certification
•Previous experience in Airline/ATO training
