Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical domain expert for the global AV environment, designing and deploying Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
  • •Lead end-to-end logistics for AV infrastructure, including purchase orders, vendor relationships, and coordination of ordering, configuration, and shipping for global sites.
  • •Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to manage AV installation projects from architectural drawings through final commissioning.
  • •Provide Tier 3 operational support to resolve intricate hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems to maximize uptime.
  • •Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture, dial plans, auto-attendants, call queues, and PSTN connectivity; drive automation via Webex and Microsoft Graph and integrate AV with smart-building systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise AV engineering, design, and support.
  • •Expertise configuring and troubleshooting AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
  • •Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) and AV traffic (Dante, AES67, NVX).
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
