Job Summary

Lead the Production Engineering team to support daily manufacturing operations and long-term business goals. Provide rapid technical engineering support to resolve production issues and minimize disruptions. Own manufacturing processes, routings, and work instructions, drive manufacturability reviews and engineering changes, and partner with Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving while coaching engineers.

•Lead and develop the Production Engineering team to support manufacturing execution and operational goals.
•Provide rapid technical engineering support to resolve production issues and minimize manufacturing disruptions.

•Drive manufacturability reviews and support engineering changes for efficient, controlled implementation.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving while promoting a strong safety culture and HSE/quality/regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related) or comparable experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.

•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and problem-solving tools.
•Working understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.
