Senior Facilities Management Manager (QA)

Own end-to-end operational delivery for assigned service contracts, departments, sections, or geographical areas, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and civil works. Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, create preventive maintenance schedules, oversee inspections, and ensure workplace safety and emergency preparedness. Manage service contracts and budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness, supervise work quality, and support business development by expanding the client portfolio.
