Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control operational services and deliveries for assigned service contracts or operational areas, including MEP, fire, and civil engineering works.
  • •Motivate and lead subordinates and multi-disciplinary staff teams (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security).
  • •Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and oversee building and grounds maintenance.
  • •Supervise work quality and conduct/document regular facilities inspections.
  • •Manage service contracts and budgets, ensure security and emergency preparedness, and expand client portfolio through business development activities.

  • •Manage and control service contract delivery for assigned departments/sections or geographical operational areas.
