Department Manager - Irrigation - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the irrigation department as the branch’s irrigation expert, partnering with customers and working alongside leadership to drive departmental performance. Assist with sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and supply/demand integration. Ensure daily safety leadership, inventory management, and targeted customer mix. Train and develop agronomic staff on irrigation products and customer needs, and collaborate to implement new technologies and ways of working.
