Translate ETCS subsystem requirements into effective engineering designs, produce technical documentation and design deliverables, and manage interfaces via ICDs. Support design verification/validation, issued-for-construction packages, and project implementation activities such as commissioning and cutover, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and serving as an S&TCS subject-matter expert.
