Job Summary

Lead business management activities for the LTAMDS Production, Development, and Sustainment portfolios, including emerging international pursuits. Partner with program leadership while shaping business strategy, driving financial and execution excellence, and ensuring EVMS-compliant baseline management and performance reporting. Own financial strategies (EACs, funding profiles, staffing, schedules, and long-range plans), oversee domestic and international captures, and integrate cross-functionally across global contracts and trade teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of business managers and analysts supporting LTAMDS Production, Sustainment, and Development.
•Serve as primary business partner to program leadership (Program Director, Chief Engineer, and IPT Leads).
•Own financial planning, baseline management, and performance reporting with EVMS compliance.
•Develop and maintain program financial strategies including EACs, funding profiles, staffing strategies, monthly cadence, and long-range plans.
•Oversee proposal development, BOE strategy, pricing, and risk & opportunity management for domestic and international captures; support international integration and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years applicable experience, or an Advanced degree with 7 years applicable experience.
•Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and/or IMS integration.
•Experience partnering and communicating complex financial information succinctly to executive levels.
•Experience with Raytheon financial systems (IPDS, APEX, Prism and/or PMX).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
