•Lead multi-discipline and complex water and wastewater design projects from the planning through permitting and construction phases, including alternative delivery projects.
•Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, to approved scope, budget, and schedule.
•Perform technical reviews and implement AECOM quality standards.
•Serve as a point of contact internally and externally for projects and clients in the New England Area.
•Develop and mentor mid-level and junior staff for career development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 4+ years of related experience in water and/or wastewater treatment, pumping, and collection systems
•Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License and must pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records Review
•Preferred: 6+ years of related experience in water/wastewater consulting and engineering management; PE license in MA, CT, NH, RI, VT, ME or ability to obtain within 6 months
•Previous experience leading design build/alternate delivery projects
