Job Summary

Support China Communications’ daily internal and external communications work. Help organize online and offline events, prepare internal comms materials (drafting content, layout/mailing support, and translating between English and Chinese), and assist with ASML leaders’ video shooting and production. Conduct desk research on assigned topics and support communications administration with daily coordination and other tasks from your line manager.

•Support daily China Communications activities for both external and internal communications.
•Assist in organizing events (online and offline), including meetings and annual events.

•Perform desk research and support communications administration, plus other tasks from your line manager.

Key Requirements

•Be a Year 3/4 undergraduate student or postgraduate student.
•Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong translation and writing ability.
•Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
•Preferably have layout design, photography, and video editing experience.
•Proficiency with AI tools is a strong plus.
