Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop ATE test programs for networking switch products and bring products from design to manufacturing.
  • •Drive test hardware development including final test and probe, collaborating with PCB, probe, and socket vendors.
  • •Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE.
  • •Optimize test programs to reduce test time and improve yield without impacting product quality.
  • •Work closely with product and design engineers and communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years of related experience.
  • •Hands-on experience developing test hardware and test programs using Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms.
  • •Ability to independently develop ATE test programs, including complex test flows aligned to chip performance and power consumption.
  • •Ability to debug and troubleshoot failure mechanisms with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience performing volume data analysis and correlating failures with system failures; programming experience required for test method development.
