Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect standards, fasteners, parts, assemblies, and materials received or to be shipped for conformance with applicable drawings and specifications.
  • •Receive/obtain jobs from vendors or stores and inspect items in order of priority.
  • •Verify container condition, supplier approval, and data package completeness/accuracy, including item number, nomenclature, test documentation, and quantity.
  • •Review and process non-conforming hardware and inspect/process sensitive materials per approved quality procedures.
  • •Perform quality functions and inspections including audits/self-assessments and coordination (e.g., Customer/DCMA and airworthiness/pre- and post-flight).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint in English.
  • •3+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, and completing training/knowledge assessments with mathematical calculations.
  • •3+ years of experience using hand tools such as calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, and go/no-go gages.
  • •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.
  • •Ability to lift and carry cartons up to 35 lbs. (preferred).
