Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain scalable, secure software architectures aligned with business goals
  • •Introduce and implement best practices around OO, DDD, and microservices where appropriate
  • •Use AI to streamline processes and give time back to developers
  • •Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices, driving improvements in code quality
  • •Conduct regular code reviews with feedback that reduces bugs and improves performance

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
