Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modeling, comparable company and transaction analysis, leveraged buyout, and other valuation analyses.
  • •Draft key marketing and transaction-related information memoranda and transaction documents.
  • •Develop new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios to support client objectives.
  • •Create and assemble pitch/business origination materials and presentations as an integral part of delivering them.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work experience, leadership experience, and coursework in Finance, Accounting or Economics are preferred (all majors considered).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
