Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and deliver seasoning to various production areas.
  • •Ensure assigned departments’ products and processes conform to company specifications, regulatory standards, and process guidelines.
  • •Use SAP to maintain accurate seasoning inventory, including rotation tracking and transfer/notification for reconciliations.
  • •Identify problems during audits or brine system operation/monitoring and initiate corrective action when standards are not met.
  • •Complete other duties as assigned and be cross-trained in other QA functions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency is strongly preferred.
  • •At least 18 months of continuous work experience with a single employer in the last 18 months is preferred.
  • •12 months of related experience and training in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • •Ability to work third shift 9pm–5am and occasionally cover weekends.
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in wet/cold and hot/humid environments.
