Key Responsibilities

•Support the FM and Asset Management teams in the closeout of hospitality projects, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with brand and operational standards.
•Maintain a strong on-site presence, working closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to collect, verify, and organize documentation in real time.
•Establish and manage a document control system, ensuring effective tracking of documents, approvals, revisions, and compliance requirements.
•Coordinate communication between construction, FM, asset management, and hotel operations teams to ensure smooth document handover aligned with operational needs.
•Support and manage the full project closeout process, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, certificates, and regulatory documentation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry, preferably with hospitality or hotel development projects.
•Proven experience supporting project closeout in complex or multi-disciplinary projects, with strong on-site coordination.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
•Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal), able to coordinate with international stakeholders.
•PMI or other Project Management certification is a plus.
