Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and measure objectives/KPIs and client benefits that drive the digital assets custody vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • •Manage custody product commercial book and pricing, including understanding custody commercial models and finance reporting.
  • •Represent custody product in client engagements, working with client-facing teams on presentations, product engagement, and change requests.
  • •Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product offering, improve client experience, optimize operational efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory/legal requirements and internal standards; coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Risk to implement controls and achieve satisfactory audit outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Understand custody and securities services, including exposure to digital assets and relevant securities service innovation and technology.
  • •Demonstrate experience in client engagement, product management, product governance, and risk management.
  • •Proven track record managing change, implementing product controls, and actively managing multiple stakeholders.
  • •Ability to drive product strategy and roadmap using measurable objectives/KPIs (including growth, innovation, scalability, and digitization).
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills, including documenting and publishing product updates and thought leadership.
