Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal Zurich teams to design customer service solution and coordinate the customer team to deliver.
  • •Develop good understanding of customer and broker needs and build and maintain strong working relationships with both.
  • •Understand customer service needs and Zurich capabilities and use to build customer specific service propositions and associated costing.
  • •Focal point for the customer and the broker team with regards to implementation of customer service proposition.
  • •Ensure compliance of program with management information.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
