Manage daily maintenance, account administration and service implementation to design, coordinate, negotiate and implement customer service solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Work with internal Zurich teams to design customer service solution and coordinate the customer team to deliver.
•Develop good understanding of customer and broker needs and build and maintain strong working relationships with both.
•Understand customer service needs and Zurich capabilities and use to build customer specific service propositions and associated costing.
•Focal point for the customer and the broker team with regards to implementation of customer service proposition.
•Ensure compliance of program with management information.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
