Job Summary

Drive growth of Original HP ink and toner through a portfolio of reseller partners in the Independent Reseller & Contract Stationer channel. Own revenue, market share, and profitability by building joint business plans, influencing partner behavior, and delivering quota against strategic and transactional targets. Manage sell-through, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, promotional MDF/fund investments, and partner performance insights across territories in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of reseller accounts and drive revenue, share, and profitability for HP Supplies.
•Build and execute joint business plans (JBPs) aligned to HP strategic priorities.
•Deliver against quota and growth targets using strategic selling and transactional execution.
•Manage sell-through, pipeline development, and demand forecasting; identify whitespace opportunities to expand share.
•Analyze partner performance and market trends, manage promotional investments (MDF/funds), and provide field feedback to inform strategy and execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a field sales environment.
•Experience managing reseller or distribution partners strongly preferred.
•Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and ability to plan territory, manage pipeline, and forecast.
