Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate, analyze, review, and report actual results on a monthly basis with regional finance teams.
  • •Prepare quarterly reporting information and packs for the US parent company, ensuring compliance with group policies and accuracy.
  • •Support preparation of statutory accounts for all UK companies.
  • •Liaise with internal and external auditors to complete audits efficiently and timely.
  • •Maintain effective controls for group reporting and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including monthly intercompany matching and lease accounting support.

Key Requirements

  • •ACA or ACCA qualified with a sound understanding of IFRS; US GAAP exposure is an advantage.
  • •Consolidation and reporting experience from a retail environment is an advantage.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Collaborative, personable, and confident approach with good attention to detail.
  • •Big 4 or mid-tier practice experience preferred, with commitment to internal and external deadlines.
