Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure execution of the site integration strategy by managing RSO teams and associates through setup and training.
  • •Provide site teams with the tools and training to launch production and implement new processes in inspection center facilities.
  • •Project-manage key aspects of RSO team initiatives while on site.
  • •Serve as the main point-of-contact and resource for RSO team members on assignment.
  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and action plans, and run site performance reviews to meet targets for production, cost, and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to travel 80% of the time.
  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and a track record of developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
