Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and sustain strategic relationships with GECs and EPC stakeholders to position Emerson as a preferred partner.
  • •Drive early engagement in project lifecycles to embed Measurement Solutions into specifications, standards, and material requisitions.
  • •Develop and execute account plans, including stakeholder mapping, project pipeline tracking, and qualification strategies.
  • •Lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to strengthen customer capability and product adoption.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs such as specification success rate, pipeline growth, and customer engagement outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field (e.g., instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering).
  • •Minimum 8 years of related experience (10+ years preferred).
  • •Experience in industrial automation or process measurement, with exposure to EPC or owner-operator environments.
  • •Understanding of the project lifecycle, including engineering design, specification development, and procurement processes.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts and deliver presentations/training, with familiarity working with CRM systems for pipeline management.
