Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of Fraud Operations Consultants while contributing to day-to-day fraud operations. Supervise performance, coach and onboard team members, and ensure quality, productivity, and SLA adherence. Investigate listing-related issues and customer concerns across Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads, review reports and tickets, analyze transactional data and fraud trends, and partner with operations and product teams to improve monitoring and fraud-prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day supervision to Fraud Operations Consultants, including assigning tasks, checking work, and maintaining productivity schedules.
•Serve as the first point of escalation for team questions, complex cases, and operational blockers.
•Coach and develop team members through feedback, quality reviews, and performance conversations.
•Investigate listing-related issues and customer concerns across Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads, including responding to user reports and tickets.
•Monitor listings and transactions using fraud filtering tools, analyze transactional data for patterns, and work with operations and product teams to improve monitoring and fraud prevention policies.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a fraud operations role on an e-commerce platform, with prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
•Ability to communicate clearly, motivate a team, deliver feedback, and align people on priorities.
•Strong data analytic skills to find, interpret, and act on data trends.
•Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and shifting priorities.
•Experience using various channels for delivering customer support; customer service experience within a fraud department is an advantage.
