  • •Provide legal support for a portfolio of agreements and internal stakeholders, primarily within Sourcing and Operations & Technology.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transaction agreements across NBCUniversal business units.
  • •Advise on contractual rights and duties, contract interpretation, and pre-litigation dispute resolution.
  • •Coordinate with Privacy, Information Security, and Compliance teams regarding personal data and confidential information requirements.
