Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for the TCM and Wealth Platforms Trading Systems cluster, including project and application enhancement initiatives. Drive roadmap, milestone delivery, budget/schedule management, and stability for critical treasury/trading applications. Lead business analysis, documentation (BRD/FSD), UAT support, root cause analysis, change management, and risk control, partnering with architecture, operations, stakeholders, and vendors while optimizing for scalability and total cost to operate.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end ownership of applications in the trading systems cluster, including stability, troubleshooting, and critical issue resolution.
•Manage project delivery (URFs and application enhancements), ensuring milestones, stage gates, documentation, schedule adherence, and budget delivery with minimum risks.
•Deliver and support business analysis, solution delivery, and UAT management while creating structured documentation (BRD, FSD) and performing root cause analysis.
•Implement change management and ensure non-functional requirements are met with associated documentation, aligning with technology standards.
•Optimize technology delivery using existing applications, manage regulatory/control/audit requirements and known risks, and maintain strong stakeholder and people engagement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of experience with project management and application support management.
•Experience in large-scale transformation on Treasury/Trading projects.
•Working knowledge of trading systems and FX systems in a financial institution, including treasury products (derivatives/foreign exchange), plus equity and commodity.
•Knowledge of trading platform concepts with an added advantage for Murex or Flexcube, and familiarity with FIX protocol and exchange/international market integration.
•Ability to run SQL queries and knowledge of Microsoft Project/Scrum/Kanban and waterfall model; proficient in Excel.
