Computer Support Technician – On-Site (Hospital Environment)

Join the on-site IT team at a hospital supporting desktop and laptop users across the facility. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, install and configure operating systems and applications, and relocate/prepare equipment for staff moves. The role uses ServiceNow to document and manage tickets, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to minimize patient-care disruption, escalate complex issues, and maintain hospital IT policy compliance, including data security and privacy.
