  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and improve performance based on production standards.
  • •Engage team members with coaching, feedback, and performance management; communicate expectations, measures, and goals.
