Lead the flight operations documentation and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) management services within Airbus’s Documentation and EFB Management Services team. Customize and deliver customer-ready flight operations documents (FCOM, MEL, QRH/eQRH, CCOM, WBM, AFM), aircraft simulation documents, and EFB loads in formats such as PDF, Ops Library Browser (OLB), and eQRH/EFB. Coordinate timelines, budget, and scope with project leadership and provide XML/engineering expertise for manual integration and authority support.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess and advise customers on their flight operations manuals management processes (company manuals, FCOM, MEL, QRH/eQRH, CCOM, WBM, AFM, etc.)
•Coordinate customer needs and manage customized flight operations documentation across multiple output formats (e.g., PDF, OLB, eQRH, FlySmart+ EFB formats)
•Provide fleet management, Service Bulletin (SB) integration, and XML expertise for flight operations manuals
•Deliver, update, and customize flight operations documentation for aircraft simulators in digital format for training purposes
•Coordinate with the Flight Operations Documentation/EFB Project Manager to complete projects on time within budget and scope

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical (or appropriate field) or equivalent experience
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in aircraft system and/or flight operations documentation/manuals and EFB management
•Good knowledge and experience with the XML authoring tool (e.g., ADOC, FODM, DocManager)
•Advanced English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills for an international, multicultural environment
•Excellent computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
