Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex, end-to-end employee exits/offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, hearings, and separations/settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records with privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Serve as first point of informal escalation and subject-matter expert for employee relations and offboarding queries; drive process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws, translating research into practical recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
