Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve warehouse and supply-chain reporting and accuracy of data in tools and applications, including SAP-based systems and reporting dashboards.
  • •Define reporting roadmap, implement business intelligence solutions, and produce/monitor periodic business monitoring reports and KPIs.
  • •Develop, document, deploy, and maintain supply-chain quality program reporting and implement business process workflow solutions to replace email-heavy processes.
  • •Manage and integrate ICN process into change management activities, including parts transition support to reduce scrap and support cost savings.
  • •Develop and maintain part master information and manage inventory and master data records, including audits, updates, documentation, and system setup.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing and inventory functions.
  • •Proficiency with database management and all MS Office applications.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), including materials requirements planning (MRP).
  • •Excellent analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
